Position Overview: 

As a Sales Representative specializing in the orthopedic and cardiovascular sectors, you will drive Valor Medical Solutions' vision forward by showcasing our innovative medical solutions to the healthcare community in San Antonio, TX. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a proven track record in the medical sales field to expand our reach, deliver exceptional service, and contribute positively to our growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Objectives:  

   - Identify and target potential clients in the orthopedic and cardiovascular sectors.

   - Develop and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, medical staff, and hospital decision-makers.

   - Conduct product demonstrations, training, and seminars for potential clients.

Customer Relationship Management: 

   - Provide exceptional post-sales service by addressing inquiries, feedback, or concerns.

   - Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure proper usage and understanding of Valor Medical Solutions' products.

Market Analysis and Strategy 

   - Stay updated on the latest trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in the orthopedic and cardiovascular sectors.

   - Provide insights to the marketing and product development teams to help refine our offerings.

Administrative and Reporting Tasks: 

   - Document daily activities, sales prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM.

   - Develop and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales projections and achievements.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

- A minimum of 3 years of direct sales experience in the medical field.

- Proven sales track record in the orthopedic and/or cardiovascular sectors.

- Knowledge of the medical landscape and key decision-makers in San Antonio, TX.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to travel as necessary within the designated territory.
